Class Level

University of New Hampshire undergraduate degree candidates are assigned class levels on the basis of credit hours of academic work completed with a passing grade as follows:

Baccalaureate Degree Candidates:

• Freshman 0-25 credit hours
• Sophomore 26-57 credit hours
• Junior 58-89 credit hours
• Senior 90+ credit hours

Associate Degree Candidates:

• Freshman 0-25 credit hours
• Senior Associate's 26+ credit hours
