Adding Courses

Students may add a course to their schedule through the end of the add period. The addition may be made in Webcat. Some courses may be restricted or require permission, in which case students should consult with their advisor or the department, on feasibility and process to add that course.

A student may add a course after the add deadline only for compelling reasons, which must be presented in a petition for variance in academic policy signed by the course instructor and approved by the student’s advisor and the student's academic dean or their designee.

• Webcat registration closes on the last day to add at 11:59 p.m.
