Recreational and Sporting Activities

Recreational and sporting activities that pose safety risks or disrupt the residential environment are not permitted inside residential buildings. The following behaviors and actions are prohibited:

1. Any recreational or sporting activity that includes throwing an object or running in residential buildings.
2. Using a bicycle, skateboard, rollerblades, or similar personal transportation devices indoors.
3. Using outdoor recreational equipment (e.g. soccer balls, Frisbees, golf clubs, bats, squirt guns, and hockey or lacrosse sticks) inside of residential buildings.
