Tobacco, Smoke, & Nicotine

The Tobacco, Smoke, & Nicotine policy prohibits the use of tobacco products, including but not limited to: cigarettes (clove cigarettes, bidis, kreteks), electronic nicotine delivery systems (ENDS, vaping), cigars and cigarillos, hookah-smoked products or any lighted or heated tobacco and nicotine products, and non-combustible tobacco and nicotine products (dip, chew, oral nicotine pouches, tobacco substitutes) in facilities and on grounds owned and occupied or leased and occupied by the University. Consistent with New Hampshire law (126-K:6), it is illegal for anyone under 21 years of age to possess or use the tobacco and nicotine products noted in this policy.
