Social Work Minor

Social work is about helping individuals, families and community members with problems in their daily lives and advocating for those who need a voice.In the social work minor, you’ll learn about the history, values and ethics of the social work profession and social welfare policy,and be introduced to human behavior and social work practices. Enhance your career opportunities by combining this minor with undergraduate study in areas such as education, healthcare, justice studies or sociology.
