Nondiscrimination

The Nondiscrimination policy ensures the University's compliance with relevant Federal and State laws and regulations. This policy identifies and defines Prohibited Conduct (Discrimination, Discriminatory Harassment, and Retaliation) and the processes the University uses to respond to allegations of Prohibited Conduct.
