A. Scope and Applicability of Rules
- Programs Offered. The UNH Franklin Pierce School of Law (UNH Law) offers graduate degrees in Commerce and Technology, Intellectual Property, and International Criminal Law and Justice. These rules apply to all students who are enrolled as graduate degree or graduate certificate candidates at the law school.
- Applicable Rules. Unless otherwise stated herein, the Academic Rules of UNH Law Juris Doctor program apply to graduate and graduate certificate students.
B. General Admission Requirements
- The Admissions Office will establish criteria for the admission of applicants after consultation with the respective Program Chairs of Commerce and Technology, Intellectual Property, and International Criminal Law and Justice, or their designees. The Admissions Office shall report to the faculty annually on their criteria for admission.
